Unabhängigkeitserklärung des Staates Palästina vom 15.11.1988 und ergänzendes politisches Kommuniqué

Die beiden Texte sind einem Brief an den Generalsekretär der Vereinten Nationen als Annex II (Kommuniqué) und III (Unabhängigkeitserklärung) beigefügt.

Das Kommuniqué enthält u.a. den Beschluss, 

• To call on the United Nations to place the occupied Palestinian land under international supervision for the protection of our people and the termination of the Israeli occupation.

Gefordert wird insb.:

• The withdrawal of Israel from all the Palestinian and Arab territories it occupied in 1967, including Arab Jerusalem.
• The annulment of all measures of annexation and appropriation and the removal of settlements established by Israel in the Palestinian and Arab territories since 1967.
